Put the sugar in the mixing bowl, cover with kitchen paper, seal and pulverize for 10 sec / speed 10. Add the strawberries and chop for 30 sec / speed 9. Slide down. Let the Thermomix stir on level 3 and gradually pour in half of the sparkling wine through the opening in the lid. Pour the rest into the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec / speed 3.
