• 250 g strawberries
• 100 g chocolate, white
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 bag vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Melt the white chocolate, either in a double boiler or in the microwave, then mix with the sour cream. Whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the sour cream and chocolate mixture. Pour everything over the chopped strawberries.
2. Sufficient for 6 smaller portions, e.g. in dessert glasses.
