g preservin suar, 3: 1

tablespoons tea (Earl Gray), or green tea

Instructions
Dice the strawberries. Mix with the preserving sugar and lemon juice. Put the tea in a tea bag, tie it up and add to the strawberries. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for at least 3 minutes. Remove tea bags, fill into glasses and seal.
