Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks with sugar, stir in mascarpone. Use part of it to dissolve the gelatin. (I heated the gelatin in a saucepan and added about 2 tablespoons of the mascarpone mixture and stirred until the gelatin had dissolved). Whip the cream and egg whites. Add everything to the mascarpone mixture.
  2. Puree the strawberries with the white wine (amount to taste. Guess about 50 ml).
  3. Break through the ladyfingers once and put them in a glass, then some strawberry puree on top (the ladyfingers should be soaked with it so that they become soft), then some mascarpone mixture. Repeat the whole 2-3 times. Looks very pretty too!
  4. Put the jars in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. It is best to prepare the tiramisu one day in advance, so the whole thing goes through nicely and does not become so runny.
  5. Tastes very tasty and is a real eye-catcher when you have guests.
