Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions, but only with 250 ml milk and 40 g sugar. That makes a very thick pudding. Let cool while stirring so that no skin forms.
  2. Beat the low-fat quark and sugar vigorously with a hand mixer for 5 minutes. Stir in the cooled pudding spoon by spoon. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the quark pudding mixture. Carefully fold in the chopped strawberries as well.
  3. Line a mold with 12 ladyfingers, soak them with orange juice, pour half of the cream on top. Place 12 ladyfingers on top, soak again with orange juice, finish with the remaining cream. Put in the fridge for an hour.
