Instructions

  1. Sort, wash and finely dice the strawberries. Alternatively, you can puree part of it.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with the mascarpone, the sugar, the vanilla sugar and about 2 - 3 tablespoons of passion fruit juice to a smooth cream, preferably with the hand mixer, medium setting.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the cream by hand with a spatula or wooden spoon.
  4. Place the ladyfingers on the bottom of a suitable bowl or casserole dish and drizzle generously with the passion fruit juice. Spread part of the cream on top and spread the first layer of the diced (or mashed) strawberries on top. Repeat the same thing again. For the 2nd layer I soak the ladyfingers in a soup plate, in which I put the rest of the juice.
  5. On top of the 2nd layer of strawberry pieces, spread the rest of the cream and mix the whole thing with a few strawberry pieces, cocoa powder, whipped cream, pistachios, brittle or similar. decorate.
  6. Put in the cold and let it steep a little.
  7. We like a lot of the cream, if necessary just reduce it a little!
