Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries (if necessary) and pat dry. Cut about half of the strawberries into cubes and place in a bowl with the juice of the lemon, 60 g powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons of orange liqueur and chop up with the hand blender. Slice the remaining strawberries and set aside.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, the remaining powdered sugar with the remaining orange liqueur with a mixer until frothy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Now crumble a third of the amaretti (or ladyfingers) in a glass bowl and now alternately add the strawberry puree, the mascarpone cream and the strawberry slices in layers until everything is used up. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Garnish with the rest of the strawberry slices.
  4. Tip: Depending on the season, the tiramisu can also be prepared with fresh raspberries or blackberries. Frozen fruits can also be used in winter.
