Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and put them in small pieces in a saucepan with the water. Bring to the boil and puree the soft strawberries.
  2. Mix the pudding powder with a little cold water and the sugar (as described on the pudding package) until smooth. Stir into the strawberry purée and bring to the boil again. Fill into clean jars with screw caps, close the lid and leave to cool on the lid.
  3. The jam is enough for 4-5 200 ml jars.
