Ingredients

• 300 g strawberries, fully ripe
• 500 ml apple cider vinegar, naturally cloudy
• 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries carefully, quarter them and pour them into a clean 1 liter preserving jar. Pour the apple cider vinegar over the strawberries and add the honey. Cover the jar with a cloth and place in a cool, dark place. Let it steep for two to three weeks.
2. Stir a few times in between.
3. Then strain the red vinegar and fill it into a pretty bottle.
4. Also makes a small souvenir or gift.
