Heat the cream and melt the chopped chocolate in it. Put the mixture in the refrigerator overnight. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into small cubes. Roughly crumble the amarettini. Whip the chocolate cream with whipped cream and fold in the sour cream and yoghurt.
The dessert is divided into 6 glasses and layered as follows:
Amarettini, drizzle about 1 teaspoon of amaretto, strawberry cubes, cream, then repeat everything again.
Decorate the dessert with whipped cream, amarettini, strawberries or chocolate, if you like. Chill again before consumption and let it steep a little.
