Ingredients

• 300 g strawberries
• 300 g yourt
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Mix the vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon sugar and yoghurt together.
2. Clean and wash the strawberries and cut into the desired pieces, except for a few fruits to decorate. Mix well with the rest of the sugar.
3. Pour yoghurt and strawberries in layers into two glasses. Decorate with the strawberries and possibly lemon balm.
