Instructions

  1. This recipe can be made with or without an ice cream maker.
  2. Put the strawberries in a mixing bowl and pour the chilled yoghurt over them. Add liquid sweetness. Let the strawberries stand for a moment so that they are no longer completely frozen as hard as a stone. Then puree the strawberries and yogurt with the hand blender. Depending on your taste, you can leave small pieces of strawberry whole or puree until the entire mixture is homogeneous.
  3. For preparation with the ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and mix in the ice cream maker for about an hour.
  4. If there is no ice cream machine, simply put the puree in the freezer until just before serving. Then take the ice cream out of the freezer, add some milk and stir until creamy.
  5. You can also add a little milk to the ice cream from the ice cream machine, so that it becomes creamier, but the consistency should be loose enough here even without the milk.
  6. The entire ice cream has about 330 kcal and only 0.5 g of fat without the addition of milk. This portion is sufficient for 6-8 dessert portions, with 6 blackheads that would be about 55 kcal per person. Since no sugar is used, this ice cream is also perfect for diabetics.
