Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Place paper baking cases in the recesses of a muffin tray.
  2. Mix the flour with the strawberry pieces, chocolate, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda carefully.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the egg lightly. Add the sugar, oil and yoghurt and stir everything well. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and then stir only until the dry ingredients are moist.
  4. Pour the batter into the paper liners. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Let the muffins rest in the baking tray for 5-10 minutes, then take them out of the molds and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Melt the couverture in a water bath. Dip the strawberries in half and let them dry on a piece of greaseproof paper. Brush the muffins with the rest of the couverture, drain and decorate with the strawberries.
  6. Variation: Instead of the white couverture, you can also use whole milk couverture.
