Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and divide into 2 parts. Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks.
  2. Puree half of the strawberries with half of the yoghurt using the high-speed cutting stick and pour into the glasses. Cut out circles from the sponge cake with a glass and place them on top of the yoghurt puree in the glasses. Cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces, sprinkle with brown sugar, fill the biscuit with the rest of the yoghurt.
  3. On top, depending on your taste, a few biscuit crumbs, brown sugar, coconut flakes or grated white chocolate as decoration.
  4. Chill for about 30 minutes so that the biscuit can sit through.
