Mix the natural yoghurt, quark and cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces, stir into the yoghurt mixture. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish or portion bowls.
Now mash the cookies in a freezer bag (it works best with a rolling pin) and sprinkle on the cream.
Tastes fresh and still great the next day (but mostly nothing is left). I took this dessert with me to a barbecue party, unfortunately there was nothing left for the adults because the children had cleaned it up straight away
