Instructions

  1. For the granola (stock), first coarsely chop the nuts and kernels and then mix together with the spelled and oat flakes, salt and cinnamon. Warm the butter with honey and syrup and - when the butter has melted - add everything to the grain mixture and stir well. Put this mixture on a tray lined with paper or baking foil and distribute it well.
  2. Roast in a preheated oven at 140 ° C top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes. Stir the mixture every 10 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. For the yoghurt, select the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut the fruit into pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and let it steep for an hour. Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup.
  4. Now put first 2 tablespoons of granola in a cereal bowl, then the sugared strawberries and finally the yoghurt. Garnish with a strawberry, a teaspoon of granola and a little mint.
