Instructions

  1. Work the flour, 75 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, salt, nuts and flakes of butter into crumble.
  2. Eight the apples and drizzle with lemon juice. Press 2/3 of the dough into a greased, floured springform pan (26 cm diameter). Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Beat the eggs until frothy. Sprinkle in the rest of the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in the quark and mascarpone. Sieve the pudding powder on top, stir everything together.
  4. Pat the apples dry and place on the dough, then spread the cream on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 1 hour. After 25 minutes of baking, spread the rest of the streusel on top.
  6. Tip: You can also make this cake very well with plums.
