Instructions

  1. Prepare two bowls and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. The floor:
  3. In one bowl add the baking powder, the vanilla sugar, half of each of the sugar, starch, flour, melted butter (shouldn`t be hot anymore, otherwise the egg will freeze) and the eggs.
  4. The sprinkles:
  5. In the other bowl add the cinnamon and the other half of the sugar, starch, flour, butter.
  6. Mix both bowls well with the mixer. Put the contents of the first bowl in a round, greased baking pan approx. 28-30 cm. Spread the frozen berries on top (I always collect the strawberries because I don`t like them). If the crumble is not dry enough, add a little more flour and stir with the mixer and distribute the crumble on the berries.
  7. Put the cake in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.
