Instructions

  1. Heat a good dash of olive oil in a pan. Add the diced onions, the chopped chilli pepper and possibly the chopped garlic and fry.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the canned tomatoes and add them to the pan. If you like, you can also add some of the tomato juice from the can.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you like it a little hotter, you can also add a little more chilli.
  4. Let everything reduce a little while cooking the pasta until al dente.
  5. Pour the sauce on the pasta and serve.
