- Heat a good dash of olive oil in a pan. Add the diced onions, the chopped chilli pepper and possibly the chopped garlic and fry.
- Meanwhile, chop the canned tomatoes and add them to the pan. If you like, you can also add some of the tomato juice from the can.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you like it a little hotter, you can also add a little more chilli.
- Let everything reduce a little while cooking the pasta until al dente.
- Pour the sauce on the pasta and serve.
