Instructions

  1. Halve a ripe, soft avocado and remove the stone.
  2. Season the cut surfaces lightly with salt and pepper. Mix the cottage cheese with the lemon juice, spices and possibly chives and then spread over the avocado halves.
  3. Tips:
  4. Since the avocado already has a high fat content, I now mostly use reduced-fat cottage cheese - I also like it very much.
  5. As a starter for two people or as a light, low-carb main course for one person.
