Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado lengthways and remove the core. Season the avocado halves with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the tomato and onion in half. Top up with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with herbs.
  3. Arrange on lettuce leaves and serve with a spoon.
