Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, wash and cook in a saucepan with water and 1 tablespoon of salt for about 5 minutes. Remove the cauliflower and drain on a board.
  2. Mix the seasoned minced meat with the previously soaked slice of toast, the tomato ketchup and 1 egg yolk. Then carefully distribute the minced meat between the cauliflower florets.
