Instructions

  1. Clean the zucchini flowers and make two cuts in the zucchini so that the flower and fruit still stick together. Remove the pistil from the flower.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, egg yolk, parsley, basil and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Fill the zucchini flowers with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil in a grill pan and fry the courgette flowers for about 5 minutes on each side.
