Instructions

  1. Boil eggs hard for 10 minutes, quench, peel and cut in half lengthways. Carefully remove the egg yolks and puree with mayonnaise, tuna, capers, salt and pepper.
  2. Fill 20 egg halves with this egg cream. With different ingredients, e.g. Garnish with olive slices, capers or paprika strips.
