Wash the mushrooms, pat dry and unscrew the stems. Brush the mushroom heads with the herb oil and arrange on a grill tray.
Roughly chop the mushroom stalks, feta and tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic or press it with the garlic press. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Fill the mushrooms with this mixture.
Grill for about 6-8 minutes and then let it taste good!
