Instructions

  1. First the kohlrabi are cut into approx. 4 mm thick slices, then cooked in boiling vegetable broth.
  2. Cover with a slice of cheese while it is still warm and put another one on top as a lid. Then bread and fry like a schnitzel.
  3. As a side dish, mashed potatoes and a green salad are delicious.
