Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes with the skin soft, then peel and puree with the milk. Season with salt and nutmeg.
  2. Chop the vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini) and blanch them in salted water. Dice the tomatoes and fold them into the puree along with the rest of the vegetables. Season with paprika and herbs.
