Mix together the minced meat, mustard, egg, salt, pepper and the herbs. Then form hand-sized balls and then press them flat. Cut the feta cheese into slices and place on top of the minced meat. Fold over the protruding edges and press down. Possibly reshape. Then wrap the meatball with one or two slices of bacon.
Let the oil get hot in the pan and fry the meatballs in it.
