Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Pour the grainy cream cheese into the hollow that has now formed. Tear the ham into four parts and place on top of the cream cheese, as high as possible. Pour salt and freshly ground pepper over it and, if you like, a touch of chilli flakes.
  2. An East Frisian tea mixture goes wonderfully with it.
