Prepare the ingredients for the stuffed pancakes. Fry pancakes in advance. Hard boil the eggs for the filling (5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling). Cook the rice until tender, or you can use the rest of the previous meal.
Finely chop the eggs or mash with a fork.
Drain the liquid from canned tuna and disassemble with a fork into small pieces.
Cut the green onions into small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients for the pancake filling in a bowl, add the boiled rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste
Mix gently. The filling for the pancakes is ready.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of the filling on the pancake.
Wrap the pancake in an envelope.
Heat a frying pan with butter and lightly brown the stuffed pancakes on both sides.
