Crumble the feta in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Peel the onion and garlic and chop very finely. Slice and core the chillies and cut into fine rings. Mix everything with the feta. Stir in sour cream until a smooth cream is formed. Add salt, pepper and paprika.
You can also have chopped fresh red peppers
add instead of the chili peppers. Cut the mild peppers lengthways, remove the seeds. Pour the cheese mass into the pepperoni with a nozzle or a thick syringe from the pharmacy.
Makes several servings, depending on the number of peppers in the glass.
