Cut the peppers open on the lid, but do not cut off the lid. Hollow out and wash out.
Fry minced meat in olive oil, dice onions and garlic and add, fry with. Add tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add rice and a cup of water and simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir in the parsley. Season the sauce well again
Pour the sauce 2/3 into the peppers and place in a baking dish. Spread the rest of the sauce around it, pour another 1/2 cup of water around the peppers into the sauce. Drizzle the peppers generously with olive oil.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 1-1.5 hours. Cover the first half an hour with aluminum foil!
A green salad / Greek farmer`s salad and baguette tastes good with it.
