Mix the mince with the chopped onion, pepper, salt, caraway seeds, paprika and some breadcrumbs. Stuff the peppers with it.
Depending on the size of the peppers, some hack is left over. You can use it to form small meatballs. Place the filled peppers and meatballs in the Ultra and cook in the preheated oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees with the lid closed.
Place the peppers on the upturned lid and cook for another 10 minutes at 200 degrees until they are nicely brown.
Melt some butter in the saucepan and make a roux with flour. Pour in the frying liquid from the Ultra. Add water, tomato paste and milk and season with paprika, granulated stock, pepper and salt.
Put the pods with the sauce in the Ultra and serve. We have rice or potatoes to go with it.
