Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and yellow pepper. Add vegetable oil to the pan, fry the onions, garlic cloves and minced meat in it. Add the cooked rice and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Hollow out the red peppers, fill with the minced rice mixture and place in a saucepan. Add the diced paprika, pour in the vegetable stock and tomato sauce, bring to the boil and simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
  3. Take out the filled peppers. Stir approx. 4 teaspoons of tomato paste into the sauce, puree the sauce, season to taste and serve with the peppers.
