Instructions

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook with a little salt and nutmeg until firm to the bite. Cut the onion and garlic into small cubes. Mix the cubes with minced chicken, crumbled goat cheese and egg. Season with pepper and some chili powder to taste.
  2. Crush the well drained cauliflower with a potato masher, add to the mince and mix well. Halve the washed peppers and fill with the mixture in a baking dish.
