Cut off the upper part of the peppers. Then wash the pods. Put the minced meat in a large container. We now add the eggs, chopped onions and the spices according to feeling. Then mix the whole thing well and pour into the peppers.
Now we can fry the peppers in some heated fat. Then deglaze with water and white wine. I add two cans of tomato paste and stir it into the liquid with a whisk. I let the whole thing cook slowly on the stove for about 1.5 hours. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
I would either serve rice or mashed potatoes with a hearty ice cream salad.
