- Dice the onion and garlic, sauté together with the bulgur in olive oil. Then add 2 cups of water with the stock powder and simmer.
- In the meantime, wash the bell pepper, cut off the lid and cut into small cubes. !! Just the lid !!
- Dice the spring onions in the same way. Add everything (including the cheese) to the bulgur mixture and season. Then fill in the peppers.
- Put the tomato sauce and basil in a baking dish, place the paprika on top and bake everything in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Can also be cooked with other vegetables and herbs
- Delicious with flatbread or a salad.
