Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and garlic, sauté together with the bulgur in olive oil. Then add 2 cups of water with the stock powder and simmer.
  2. In the meantime, wash the bell pepper, cut off the lid and cut into small cubes. !! Just the lid !!
  3. Dice the spring onions in the same way. Add everything (including the cheese) to the bulgur mixture and season. Then fill in the peppers.
  4. Put the tomato sauce and basil in a baking dish, place the paprika on top and bake everything in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Can also be cooked with other vegetables and herbs
  6. Delicious with flatbread or a salad.
