- Bake the peppers in the oven at 225 ° C for approx. 15-20 minutes and cover and leave to cool for approx. 10 minutes. Halve the peppers, leave the stem on.
- Peel 2 half red peppers and puree with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika powder and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 2 tablespoons of the leaked vegetable juice.
- Cut or crumble the feta into small pieces, mix with oregano and spring onion and pour into the pepper halves. Pour the paprika sauce over it and add any remains of the olive oil on top.
- Heat the pepper halves in a baking dish in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
