Finish cooking the pulled pork according to the instructions on the packet. Usually approx. 30 - 45 min. Cut the peppers in 2 halves, remove the core and white skins.
When the meat is ready, pick it apart with 2 forks and simply fill the pepper halves, about 80-100 g per half. Then sprinkle the grated Emmentaler on top, approx. 25 g per filled bell pepper.
In the still warm oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
According to my calculations that would be about 8 carbohydrates per serving.
