Halve the pineapple and remove the pulp. Cut the pulp as well as the mangoes, the pods and the fillet into pieces.
Sear the meat in the oil and then add the peppers and season with chilli and salt. Now add the pineapple and mangoes and everything is steamed together for about 4 minutes. To serve, put everything in the pineapple skins and decorate with the chives.
Rice always tastes very good as a side dish, but it can also be served without it.
