Instructions

  1. Briefly boil the mushrooms. Fry the onion in the vegetable oil until translucent. Add the butter and mushrooms. Fry until there is no more butter in the pan. Salt and let cool.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Let cool a little and pound.
  3. Separate the egg. Work the egg white into the potatoes, stir well. Then add the flour and stir everything well again. Take about a tablespoon of potato mixture in your damp hand and form a small flatbread. Put the mushroom mixture (about 1 teaspoon) in the middle. Close the flatbread and shape it into a round shape.
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. They should be golden brown. They are eaten as a snack or as a side dish, e.g. with soups.
