Wash the pork roast, drain it and then cut it with a knife so that you have a pocket to fill it. Brush the inside of the bag with herbal cream cheese. Then cut the onions, peppers, sheep cheese and onions into cubes and mix in a bowl. Press the garlic and chop the parsley of your choice and add it too. Now pour the whole thing into the roast pork and sew or close with skewers. Now sear the roast well on all sides and then put it in the oven for 120 minutes at 180 degrees.
