Cut the cheese into about 3 cm small sticks. Place the sausage with the curved side down on a board and cut a cut from one end to the other (with a distance of approx. 1 cm from each end). Now fill the whole thing with the cheese (I had Dutch, but I can also imagine that with goat cheese). Finally wrap the whole thing with the breakfast bacon. Now you can either fry the sausages or put them in the oven for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
