Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Halve the potatoes and brush with oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, until they are completely cooked. Then use a spoon to make a hollow in each potato half or scrape out a little of the inside. Salt and pepper. Fill with chickpeas and crumbled cheese. Put again in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Garnish with thyme before serving.
