Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes and cut off a lid on top. Then hollow out with a ball cutter, salt the inside and place with the opening facing down on kitchen paper.
  2. Put the sheep cheese in a bowl and crumble with a fork. Mix in as much yogurt until you get a creamy mixture.
  3. Wash and clean the spring onions, dice the light part very finely, mix with the cream. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix this with the lemon juice, paprika powder and cayenne pepper into the cheese cream. Mix in the chives rolls as well.
  4. Pour the cream into the tomatoes with a teaspoon and arrange on a plate. Cut the green part of the spring onion into rings and garnish the tomatoes with it.
