Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the zucchini. Halve lengthways and remove the seeds. Then halve the width again so that you have four pieces of roughly the same size. Then salt and pepper each piece on the outside and inside. Then fill with sheep cheese, garlic sauce and grated cheese. Place on a piece of aluminum foil and close at the top.
  2. Place directly on a hot grillage and grill until soft for about half an hour.
  3. Tastes great as a side dish with grilled meat, but also as a main course with a salad.
  4. Tip: You can also use large, boiled potatoes instead of the zucchini.
