First I fry the minced meat. When it`s crumbly, I add the diced onion until it is translucent. Then I put the mince in a mixing bowl and let it cool down a bit.
In the meantime, I cut the zucchini in half and scrape out the insides with a teaspoon. Then I cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into small cubes, the corncobs into slices and add everything to the minced meat. I just crumble the feta with my hands, add it to the mince and stir everything well.
I don`t season the zucchini because it contains a lot of water and is also very tasteless. For this I season the filling quite heavily, but that neutralizes itself after baking. I use salt, pepper, paprika powder and fried potato spices for this. Then I put the filling in the zucchini halves and sprinkle some cheese over them.
Then I bake them in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
We like to eat rice and tzatziki or herbal quark with it.
