Wash the zucchini, cut lengthways and hollow out. Chop the zucchini pulp, bell pepper, tomatoes and onion into small pieces.
Put some oil in a hot pan and sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the peppers, zucchini pulp and tomatoes to the minced meat and fry a little. Season the minced meat with the spices and add the tomato paste and the strained tomatoes. Cut the feta into small cubes and mix with the minced meat.
Fill the zucchini with the minced meat mixture and sprinkle with a little Gouda cheese. Bake the filled zucchini in the oven at approx. 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
