Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it. Knead the tofu and mix with all the ingredients (except eggs and zucchini) and season to taste. Only then add the eggs and stir everything again with a wooden spoon.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut in half, hollow out and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. (With a very large zucchini you can cut it into approx. 2 cm thick slices, like on my recipe picture.) Possibly put the hollowed out again in the already empty onion pan so that it leaves water, salt it well and then under the Mix abundance. So you hardly have to throw anything away. Fill the zucchini, gently pressing down on the filling.
  3. Put the zucchini in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  4. Alternatively, you can vary the herbs or add dried tomatoes, tomato paste, olives, etc. The recipe is enough for 2 - 3 people, depending on how hungry you are.
