Halve the zucchini lengthways and scoop out with a spoon so that there is still about a centimeter from the edge. Brush the hollowed out zucchini halves with a little olive oil and add a pinch of salt. Then pour the filling evenly into the zucchini with a spoon and cover with the grated cheese for gratin.
A deep baking sheet or casserole dish are ideal for preparation. Pour some olive oil into the chosen container and bake the zucchini halves at 160 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
